Our development team for our world class Power Tools products needs an innovative
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Is your passion to design software and collaborate with like-minded colleagues?
As a Software Development Engineer for Mirka's products, you design and develop software for our growing Power Tools product family. You strive to enhance our solutions for both new and existing products and get to participate in new technology development projects. You collaborate with other software, electrical, electronics, and mechanical engineers in our department. Working with our international partners is part of your work.

You have a Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Automation Engineering. You may also be a fresh graduate or soon graduating with one of these degrees. Your passion lies in programming and in enhancing and developing embedded software using C-programming language. Knowledge of .net, C#, Python and experience in system design are an advantage.

We are looking for a person, who is a curious team player but also capable to work independently. At work we speak Swedish or Finnish with our colleagues, and you communicate fluently in English. Your main office is located at our headquarters in Jepua and you can partially work remotely from home or at our office in Vaasa or Pietarsaari.
