Are you a person who gets excited about building connections, finding new opportunities and identifying the needs of potential partners to sell best-in-class cyber security protection? We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Representative to join our newly established Sales Development team in Helsinki (HQ). Your role would be to support the growth of F-Secure in the Partner Business, particularly targeting our New Verticals Insurance & Banking sector. The new Fellows joining the team will have a possibility to influence to the way we work as processes are now being set into place to create the best possible Sales Development team to serve other Sales channels.
Your main activities in this role revolve around qualifying leads coming in, prospecting with the supporting tools given and creating connections & network that will result in identifying new opportunities that you will develop to a level where negotiations can start with Business Development Managers and regional Account Managers globally. Your main channels to contact prospects will be through email, telephone, virtual meetings and social selling platforms.
The team is located in Helsinki (HQ), but we support hybrid working model where you can work also from your home office based on the needs and preference.
Key responsibilities:
- Actioning the leads & qualifying the potential to develop to the next stage of the sales
- Prospecting to find more potential partners, especially targeting our New Verticals Banking & Insurance
- Social Selling activities to build a network, identify key contacts and increase awareness in the market
- Creating opportunities with identified potential to be able to continue to a negotiation phase with Business Development Managers & regional Account Managers
- Work with marketing to give regular feedback on campaigns and leads.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales
- A goal-oriented person who gets excited about achieving set targets
- A skilled connector who can attract interest and convince potential partners in all levels of business
- You have some prior experience in working with large enterprises
- Full professional proficiency in English, and at least from one of the following languages: Spanish, German or French.
- Prior experience in marketing
- Prior experience from banking and insurance
- If you have a degree in a commercial field
- Proficiency in any other languages.

In addition to the monthly salary, we have an additional sales compensation based on performance.
