Danske Property Valuation team in Finland belongs to the Personal & Business Customer Services -unit in Danske Bank -group. Our key responsibilities are assessing market value of residential and commercial properties, but also financial collaterals and floating charges used as collaterals. Danske Bank works with the three lines of defence-model and Personal & Business Customer Services is working in the 1st line of defence being independent from business units.
We have a permanent position open in our dedicated and result-oriented Property Valuation -team in Pasila. You will join a motivated team of 12 with a great mix of backgrounds and experiences. We make sure to take the time to support and encourage each other while meeting deadlines and getting things done.
Independent work with focus on valuations and development
You will independently prepare new valuations and re-valuations of real estate collaterals and participating in the development of tools and methods of collateral valuation in Finland. This covers both residential and commercial property valuations. You work collaboratively with the advisors, and you contribute to the customer experience by providing quality valuations in a timely manner.

While working independent on your cases, you will have the sparring support from your team. You are also expected to share your best practices with the team to ensure we are optimising the way we work.

- Relevant university degree or relevant working experience
- Economic understanding or experience from banking industry
- Experience from property valuation or knowledge about loans or credit processes
- Fluent Finnish and English skills (spoken and written) is needed in this role.
