Process Analyst Specialist

We are constantly looking for Process Analyst Specialist for our client's current and future projects in Porvoo.
Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Applies process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc
• Supports process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation ensuring deadlines are met. Defines scope and requirements, establishes timeline, and ensures timely completion of deliverables
• Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses
• Coordinates follow-up meetings for project teams using process improvement tools to ensure work is completed and improvements are maintained. Supports the planning and implementation of quality assurance and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with full life-cycle development and the ability to manage a project through the cycle Experience of project design and planning
• Good technical problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work under pressure
• Good management and coordination skills and ability prioritize
• Fluent English skills
