OsoiteAs Beamex is on a growth path, we are looking for a growth-minded marketing professional to join our global marketing team on a maternity leave basis with possibility for permanent employment.
As a Marketing Manager for the Sweden, Finland and Netherlands markets, you will drive marketing initiatives and brand awareness while also taking charge of implementing marketing activities. Your role involves crafting a marketing strategy that not only leads growth but also amplifies our brand value and presence. A deep understanding of the market and customer insights is essential to reflect in our marketing strategies, plans, and actions.
Your responsibilities will include developing the local marketing plan and budget, as well as executing local marketing activities. These activities encompass marketing campaigns, both internal and external events, webinars, customer case studies, and media collaborations, all in close cooperation with our group marketing team members. You will also serve as the brand guardian, ensuring the implementation of our visual and vocal brand guidelines.
This position is initially offered to cover maternity leave, with the potential for permanent employment.
Our global Marketing team
You will be part of the global marketing team, consisting of 15 marketing professionals. I your work you will collaborate with other team members and departments. Being part of the Beamex global Marketing team, occasional international business travelling is required. You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

What we expect
- Our ideal candidate has a suitable degree in Marketing or equivalent. You have excellent oral communication skills in Swedish, Finnish, and English
- You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager and experience and knowledge of marketing strategies, marketing planning and execution. Additionally, you are familiar with digital marketing applications.
- As a team member you are proactive with positive and professional attitude. You can lead your own work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You can work both independently and in a team environment. Strong time management skills are needed in this role.
