We are looking for a Management Support Officer to provide timely and efficient management, and administrative support to the Acting Head of Operations, Paweł Jemioł.

About this opportunity

We are an essential part of the end-to-end value chain, responsible for running all of Nordea’s customer related operations and thereby supporting the Business Areas in delivering products and services to our customers. What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to senior management, from booking travel and accommodation, through calendar management to organizing, scheduling and coordinating internal meetings and events, as needed
- Delivering quality presentation and communication material to external and internal stakeholders making sure that the message is understood
- Proactively following-up on management meetings and driving items dealt with to ensure action/implementation
- Having a high degree of interaction and cooperation with many stakeholders on various levels of the organisation, acting as a liaison to Operations
The role will report to the Acting Head of Operations, Paweł Jemioł and can be based in Gdansk, Gdynia, Lodz, or Helsinki.

Your experience and background:
- Background in an administration related role, or desire to move in that direction supported by relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, ‘people person’ with ability to connect
- Good grasp of standard Office tools, data presentation/visualization
- A background from banking/Nordea and therefore a deep in-sight into the value drivers and business model of banking, as well as some financial insight will be seen as an advantage
- A business-minded and result-oriented background, displaying high intellectual capacity and a high level of ambition who sees opportunities, even in complex and challenging situations
