As a Construction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include chairing site meetings, overseeing and reporting on quality, timelines, costs, and HSE matters, all while serving as the bridge between various stakeholders. Collaborating closely with business managers, you'll also contribute to the enhancement of our construction and oversight services. Role includes on-site work, travel, and the flexibility to work from our office locations across Finland or remotely, in alignment with our hybrid work model.
What We're Looking for in a Construction Manager:
- Substantial experience in spearheading renewable energy projects.
- Strong track record in project management.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing teams effectively.

- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
