About the role
We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Business Development team in Espoo or Stockholm.
You will be part of a team who is developing our physical trading and operations/dispatching systems and processes further, to meet the market changes on the physical power markets in the coming years, secure value creation, meet our customers’ needs and contribute to growth.
In your role you will:
Work with business development around physical trading and dispatching. Focus will be on intraday trading related development.
Contribute to the development of tools, systems and processes.
Work as a bridge between business and development.
Work as a project coordinator or project manager for different sized initiatives.
In your daily work you will be in close contact and cooperate with the entire physical trading and portfolio management team together with other Business Developers and IT developers. You will be one of the key players in developing our trading and dispatching operations to the next level.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have an interest in business development, trading and dispatching.
Requirements for the role:
Master's degree e.g., in Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience) and a passion for developing energy trading.
Experience in working with the trading and dispatching domain or related development.
Experience in IT projects and vendor relations is seen as an advantage.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Curiosity, analytical thinking, ability to see the bigger picture.
Ability to work independently, move things forward and perform well under pressure.
Written and spoken English is a prerequisite. Finnish, Swedish and/or one of the other Nordic languages are an advantage for this position.
