AI Technical Lead

We are looking for a member, who will join a key role to help us drive our AI strategy forward. As an AI Technical Lead, you will take ownership of our AI technology advisory offering. You will take leadership by providing expertise in AI trends and best practices, involving improvement of CGI's own practices and advancing new expertise. You will also be able to work in consulting assignments in close co-operation with our clients.

We are looking for a key person who will be able to build new concepts, advise our clients and help us deliver on our ambitions with AI.

Main responsibilities:
- Take ownership of our AI technology advisory offering
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on AI trends and best practices
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Act as a trusted technology advisor for our key clients
- Support our sales teams in client engagements

Your future team

In this role, you will be part of our innovation center working with our key clients. Our team is responsible for driving AI in our Finland, Poland and Baltics business area as well as cloud, design, data & analytics and process automation. Our clients include leading organizations in the private and public sectors.

The location of this role is Helsinki or capital area, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model.

Experience that we believe would help you be successful in this role

- Ability to understand complex technology landscapes
- Extensive experience of cloud solution providers and key enterprise technologies
- Excellent understanding of current AI technology landscape and future trends
- Experience of designing solution architectures for AI
- Track record of supporting sales cases and leading engagements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience from business & technology transformations in large organizations is an asset
- Excellent oral and written skills in Finnish and English languages are required.
